I don't know if this could be called "consequences", but it leads to:

Charge of vivacity and well-being
Increased hormone levels
If you do not know what it means to stand under streams of cold water, then you should not suddenly start taking a cold shower. Start by taking an air bath. Gradually go to wiping with a wet towel, contrast procedures, and only then slowly go to a cold shower.
If you have cardiovascular disorders, arterial hypertension, severe headaches, be sure to consult your doctor. A cold shower may be contraindicated for you.
