In this case, I advise you to read the books of S. Bubnovsky (Doctor of Medical Sciences, author of preventive kinesitherapy techniques). He has a special technique, a set of exercises, instructions.

At the moment I am reading "Kinesitherapy for every day. 365 tips from Dr. Bubnovsky." In his new book, he gives useful advice to those who want to maintain or restore their health. The author examines the main mistakes that arise with the wrong or thoughtless approach to physical activity, and gives recommendations that will help restore the health of the joints, spine and cardiovascular system without drugs and surgeries.

I have always had high blood pressure - about 130-145 / 90-110, but in the last couple of weeks it has dropped sharply, and remains at the level of 105-115 / 70-80. I feel strange - pounding in my temples, drowsiness, dizziness, sometimes bouts of euphoria.

Among the reasons I suspect intense sports, hot weather, exacerbation of osteochondrosis.

How alarming is this symptom? Do you need to "build up" the pressure with drugs, or over time, the vessels will adapt to this level?
