I'm not improving in any way. In addition, he even repented that he began to develop what you are looking for - methods and technologies for self-improvement. The adolescent and youthful mind is ambitious, naive, that everything is possible - just to make an effort. In the last two years of school, from twos or threes, he made it up to fours and even fives in many subjects. I was engaged in wrestling and decided to go to the Olympics ... Etc. I am engaged in self-education, sports, musical creativity and develop all the abilities that can really be performed, because they are already laid by God.

Nowadays, technologies and personal growth are very fashionable, promising a person to achieve superpowers (levitation, prophecy, healing, etc., which is what gypsy women and various healers do). In fact, spirits are capable of this, through a person. They move in and begin to dominate and rampage. And their deeds are all evil. Is it all that bad? No, Our God can do much more and it is useless for such people to fight with Him. He, too, through a person wants to do good deeds of a supernatural order, through the Holy Spirit, up to resurrection. But is this the main thing? The Kingdom of God is taken by efforts and the common man is not found in constant asceticism, is not able to contain the Holy Spirit, and even before he did not accept Christ as a savior.

Here a person develops to such Divine qualities as love, joy, peace, patience.

And with all this, Christ said to his disciples: "Do not rejoice that you can cast out demons, but that your names are written in the Book of Life."

It depends on what is considered "tools".

For me, tools are some kind of habits, change of belief, and special applications and services.

Here are just a few:

  1. 5 years ago I quit drinking alcohol (I realized how cool it affects me after 2 years)
  2. Started getting worn out by the quality of food
  3. Track Productivity (RescueTime and My Signs)
  4. I try to sleep more evenly and make my sleep healthier (this is about all kinds of ventilation, sleep mode, using special applications / devices)
  5. Began to regularly engage in physical activity, at least once a week for a walk
  6. Year 4 trying to develop concentration through meditation
  7. I read literature on self-development
  8. I have not watched TV for 8 years, I have reduced the time in social networks
If we summarize everything, then over the past 3-4 years there is a huge progress.
