Hello! To begin with, I would like to note any joint pain is not good , it means that your body is dissatisfied with something and thus it sends a signal to your brain. With any physical activity, muscles can hurt, but not bones, joints, etc. So, if knee pain is worried, then this can be a multivalued symptom: First, when going for a run, try to go from heel to toe, if there is no discomfort, then go to light running. If discomfort appears while running, then first you should put on running shoes. Also try to run in the forest, because the soil is soft there, your knee will react completely differently, but if the pain persists, then go to the doctor. Good health to you!

Nothing so far.

If you run what is called a "jog", and did not start with a "half marathon" (a very common mistake for beginners - "wow! my first run! and 10 km immediately! cool!" ) and systematically increase the load, warm up, stretch after and do not run in patent leather shoes - then everything is fine with you. Will ache. And not just knees. Back. Arms. Neck. Your body adapts to stress.

BUT! It is necessary to listen to the sensations. If the discomfort intensifies and turns into pain, stop exercising, consult your doctor for advice. If you can get tested for "fitness" for running, go to a specialized store where they will check your pronation and recommend shoes suitable for your foot.

Perhaps you have chosen the wrong shoes and, perhaps, you are running on the asphalt. It is hard for the knees to bear such a load. If I were you, I would ask a doctor if you can run at all so that you do not cause serious harm to your health.
