What does a piece of your life mean? In terms of longevity, no. And then, sex cells are always haploid (have only half of the chromosomes), and without the participation of the second set, nothing of them will be born from the egg.

Sperm is not our DNA. Sperm is sperm and DNA is DNA. The DNA inside the nucleus is part of the sperm, which has a head and tail. The collection of spermatozoa and semen form sperm. From which it is clear that 99.999% of "our DNA" will die in any case when trying to fertilize. It doesn't seem like a good idea to rush to their aid.

Ejaculation occurs not only during masturbation and "orgasm" but also involuntarily during sleep, this phenomenon is called wet dreams. So even with abstinence, "our DNA" will die a heroic death. Stopping sleeping doesn't seem like a good idea to me either.

The idea that life can be divided into many small particles, if justified, is only in relation to time intervals, and not parts of our body.

The really difficult question is at what point do we recognize the beginning of human life, from conception, womb or after childbirth. But this is an ethical rather than scientific question.
