January, 2021First of all, the spine is the supporting part of the skeleton. The muscular corset rests on this structure, other bones are attached, some of which contain organs. In physics there is a law "the dependence of the force / mass of pressure, depending on the area" - I will describe in more detail ... You are walking in the snow on skis, you do not fall through, do not break through the crust. In boots you will go-fail. The pressure area is smaller and the force / mass of pressure on a specific area increases. Draw an analogy with the spine. Knowing the exact dimensions of the support platform, you can tell exactly what force / mass is pressing on the surface of the spine. In principle, for understanding, you can write that this force / mass is 2-3 times more than just body weight. Speaking about the reasons, one cannot say about only one factor, the principle of "vicious circle" works. One factor starts, and the rest are already joining and aggravating the condition. They say that diseases ... depending on what? The severed finger and the inability to fully use the hands, is the spine also to blame for this? Your question is vague

January, 2021All diseases are due to the sin of Adam. One person once said about it this way:
"Therefore, just as one man entered the world, and death through sin, so death passed into all men, because in him all sinned." (Rom.5: 12)
However, there is a hope that God will correct everything, and there will be no more diseases:
"And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no death already; there will be no more crying, no outcry, no sickness, for the former has passed. " (Rev.21: 4)

January, 2021Good afternoon! It is difficult to talk about "all diseases". Of course, a number of diseases are associated with our psycho-emotional sphere. These are diseases such as gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, bronchial asthma, arterial hypertension. Deterioration due to stress can be in diabetes mellitus and chronic pancreatitis.
Osteochondrosis and other dorsopathies can also lead to some consequences.
Improper nutrition also weakens the body and can lead to both the formation of a new disease and an exacerbation of chronic diseases.
In our time of stress, hypodynamia and hypokinesia, the body is most vulnerable and susceptible to disease.
But there is a way out, a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, exercise and sports, communication with nice people, and most importantly, correct goal-setting. After all, if you do not have a favorite business and do not have a goal in life, you can lose the meaning of existence.

January, 2021In my opinion, the answer is rather boring. One size fits all.
"All diseases from food" - well, yes, partly true. You are what you eat. As we were told in biochemistry, almost all protein structures in the body are renewed in about three months. And despite the fact that the body itself synthesizes a lot of things, the raw materials still come from outside. Therefore, I personally believe that the quality and variety of food is very important. Even if the effect of diet on the development of certain diseases has not yet been proven.
"All diseases are due to the psyche" - is also only partly true. Although, of course, psychosomatics is always a diagnosis of exclusion. That is, when the organic cause of the disease has not been found, they write off everything on the nerves. And there are not very many such diseases. And I would focus more on stress, and not on psychosomatics. Because stress, especially chronic stress, leads to everything else and to a decrease in immunity, and very often this contributes to the development of, for example, infectious diseases. By the way, of these common phrases, I like "All diseases are from nerves, and only one from love"; and of course "From love to hate - one chancre" :))
"From the spine" - I have never heard such a theory. Probably also somehow related to nerves? Although all this is generally some kind of denseness blows. All these points of the organs on the heels and ears should be included there. (IMHO, I don't believe in all this.)
Genetic diseases are from parents. If ankylosing spondylitis is written in the family, then you will not get away from it.
And, well, how can you not add: all infectious diseases are from infectious agents! If you ate a dysentery cheburek at the station (see above "All diseases from food") - dysentery is still from the Shigella that lived in it.

January, 2021There is no single correct concept in our world. And unhealthy diet and stress are factors in the development of diseases. Like diabetes mellitus. The stress that led to overeating, this all led to obesity, and, as a result, metabolic syndrome (arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus and obesity).

January, 2021Everyone is right. Depends on the concept that the person is guided by. People see only what fits into the framework of their ideas about the structure of the world. All other phenomena go unnoticed. Therefore, those who argue that there are causal relationships between back pain and overload of responsibility are also right. What you believe in helps. The placebo effect works too.
