February, 2021Personally, I adhere to a psychoanalytic view of sleep as a mental act aimed at fulfilling desires that cannot be embodied in reality. But some esoteric theories are also close to me, but I'm still too bad at this. So yes, the psychoanalytic theory of sleep is the most convincing to me right now.
