For many years I have been doing one exercise for the press: a gymnastic roller from the heels in parallel without touching the floor. I recommend moving in this direction, fast in time and efficiently, one approach to the maximum every other day and the abs are always in order!
Plank is the head of everything! But if you have just started to develop the muscles of the press, then you will not stand for a long time ... It is worth starting with the usual press (Back on the floor, legs in the knees in the air, when bending you need to touch the left knee with your right elbow and vice versa, so the muscles of the press will be built smoother) every day for 5 approaches (5/10/15/15/10, for example, depending on your capabilities) do the rest every every fourth day
Any abdominal exercise will be effective if done according to a properly designed training program. I often use crunches, a bicycle and a bar. Add. scales already on request and possibilities. Periodically, a corner on the rings and bars.
But, as people correctly noted earlier, it is best to do a set of exercises for the development of the whole body, the press will develop more efficiently.
As for me, it is stupid to pump only one press, since you certainly will get the desired result, but not to the full. Personally, I do not swing it at all, but rather give preference to exercises that develop general physical strength (bench press, deadlift, exercises with kettlebells) and the abs swing itself. The question itself has already been answered above, but I would advise you to add more basic, general development exercises to your list, so you will pump up your abs and improve your overall shape. Good luck
There are a lot of them! Here are some of the most effective exercises for me.
There are a lot of exercises and in order to understand better, still look. In this case, I would recommend Igor Voitenko's YouTube channel. But you can also enter your request on YouTube
