April, 2021Hands in feet and donate blood for analysis. + it is important to donate thyroid hormones, for vitamin D and iron. Deficiency of iron and vitamin D gives such a feeling of lack of strength, it was so in my spring.

April, 2021Sounds like apathy, which, if drawn, can turn into depression. I advise you to take a couple of days off, relax and how you should analyze your condition, namely what led to it. Prolonged stress, excessive workload, relationship problems. By finding the source, it will be easier to direct your resources towards solving the problem. If everything is not too neglected and you are not morally exhausted, then there will be enough good rest, heart-to-heart conversations with a loved one and, of course, it would be nice to talk to a psychologist.
Perhaps this is just an autumn blues. Relax, do something enjoyable. At the end of the day, allow yourself to lie on the couch with cookies and a book / movie and do not suffer from remorse for being idle.
