January, 2021I was not pregnant, so I will not lie. I asked my wife. She said to walk more.
As for osteopathy, it is a rather muddy discipline. Maybe it is not contraindicated for pregnant women (I honestly say that I have no idea what they are doing there), but I would not trust a technique that has no evidence base, and osteopathy is just that.
I I myself sometimes grab onto things with a weak evidence base, like LSD therapy, and my mother successfully treats coughs with homeopathic pills consisting entirely of sugar. In the end, to each his own. Someone even helps to light a candle, but I would not recommend all this dregs as a medicine.

January, 2021What do you want, 8 month has gone. The center of gravity has shifted.
Walking upright, that's it. But bipedal locomotion has many advantages, for example, hands are free, you can do knitting.

Oh yes, I forgot to say, no charlatans, osteopaths, homeopaths and other stalemates. At best, nothing will happen, and at worst, some degenerate, I can't even give an example, there are too many possible outcomes.
