Is it enough to exercise 4 times a week for 15-25 minutes + stretching for 25 minutes?
The Internet says that it takes 150 minutes a week to go in for sports to stay in good physical shape. I do 4 times a week, for about 15-25 minutes. Then I stretch for 25 minutes. Can stretching count as extra workout time?

January, 2021Such training is quite harmful for the cardiovascular system. Rest between sets should be at least minimal, as well as between exercises. Such long training can sooner or later lead to a heart attack.

January, 2021(I am the author of the question and do not answer my own question, but simply comment in the answer to clarify the question)
I do push-ups, squats, pull-ups ... ... and with unwinding dumbbells (25 kg each) ... That is, I want to do a pull-up set, then a push-up set, then a press set, then squats… ..and so without interruption for 2 hours. If it's harmful, is it possible to gradually and in how many weeks to come to such training? I don't want to pause between sets in order to increase the load on the cardiovascular system. To improve blood circulation. I need this, since I have very, very poor blood circulation in my body.
