Smoked for 6 years, quit after a fatal booze. For understanding, at 4 in the morning we drank undiluted rum in glasses in a Finnish sauna.

Just the next day I realized that I can't smoke physically - it was so bad. And the next one. And two more days after. Then I thought that it would be nice to test myself and hold out for a week. Then he wanted to hold out until two.

Just after two weeks, the main strong withdrawal ended. The feeling of laziness helped a lot, oddly enough. In the sense that I understood that if I smoke now, the account will be reset, and I will be too lazy to quit again :)

As a result, I have not smoked for 1.5 years, when I hear cigarette smoke - it stinks, I try move away. When I see a cigarette, it is especially indifferent, nothing injects inside.

From time to time I dream that I really want to smoke and I give in to the principles. In a dream, one is always ashamed of this in front of oneself.

It should be noted that this does not interfere with the frequent smoking of hookah, perhaps there is no "craving for tobacco" precisely because of this.

I smoked for 5 years, then I quit for almost a year, the first 2 months was "withdrawal", then for about a month more neutrality, after that I had an aversion to the smell of tobacco, but this did not stop me from smoking 5 times this year. there was a turning point in my life, after which I started smoking again, the total experience is about 8 years.
