Naturally, a myth. Not even a myth, but just a hoax.

No "magic favor" has ever been successfully proven in a controlled experiment. But many charlatans who provide them were successfully attracted under the article "fraud".

If genuine successful reviews exist (which I strongly doubt), then this is the result of self-hypnosis like "well, now it can't ". 10 times to say in front of the mirror "I am the best" ("I am the best") works the same way, but more pleasant and cheaper.
