Jogging or walking at a fast pace? What to choose after 45?

Neither one nor the other.

You must choose walking, in which the usual movement is replaced by an accelerated one. Something like this: you walk one hundred or two hundred meters with a regular step, and then fifty meters - with an accelerated step, then a normal step, and again with an accelerated one. Thus, uneven loads act on the heart, which are more useful than uniform ones: jogging or walking at a fast pace.

Jogging or walking at a fast pace ... If you choose, then walking, of course. Why do you need running at all? Only the joints are affected.

Walking at a relatively fast pace of 10,000 steps a day is great for helping your vitality at your age.
