This is self-hypnosis. Perhaps this is due to some kind of psychological abnormalities, panic attacks. Or, this is a common way to attract attention. You know how children get what they want, for example, when they do not have enough affection from their parents, they invent fears for themselves, fictional friends, some image, a mask. No one intentionally wants to hurt you, you must remember and assimilate. Visit more open exhibitions, get distracted, walk.

Find yourself a hobby to your liking, doing business drives away these bad thoughts out of my head.
