About eating soup!

I'm the same age as ROCK & ROLL. My grandmother taught me how to cook! And then I myself!

I eat SOUPS regularly and constantly throughout my life! Result: no stones everywhere - no colitis, ulcers, gastritis and diarrhea! and constipation! In Russian winter - there is nothing more useful at all than Hot soup, called a hodgepodge of fried sauerkraut, 2 types of meat and a lemon there, and sour cream and green onions (or crushed garlic). And a glass of vodka! (by the way, I don't cook borscht - a hohlyatsky dish)! And ukha - in the monastery style of good fish - mainly salmon - sturgeon head. I can dial about soups for hours! I like them very much - they are good for the stomach - improve digestion and are less caloric - than fried foods or fast food! And I always cook them for 2 days - and sometimes the hodgepodge remains on the Third day - great! It does not spoil in the refrigerator!

Citizens - who are LAZY and OR DO NOT know how to cook soups - risk their health!

Only when they are sick can sometimes they drink chicken broth or something like that.

There is no real argument about the need for soup in the human diet. What is soup anyway? Water and solid components, which can be eaten separately from each other.

The same foods can be eaten in the form of a soup, or in the form of something else, I don't see much difference.
