How much more beneficial is a complete cessation of alcohol for a person compared to a reasonable consumption of it?
If we consider 1-2 0.5l cans of beer per week and strong alcohol 2-3 times a month as reasonable consumption, is there any such benefit at all?

January, 2021In theory, snowboarding is harder than skiing, due to the fact that this is an unusual position for your feet, unlike skiing. But this is all only in theory. In practice, everything is completely individual. This is the same as arguing that mathematics or biology is easier.
At the initial stage of training, snowboarders often fall. You just need to be ready for this. Choose the shell you like and then everything will work out. Better to try both, in order to independently conclude what is easier for you!

January, 2021People are all different, so who is more comfortable with what. For me personally, snowboarding turned out to be closer, on skis the attention is somehow scattered, when you have to monitor all four limbs, on the board you concentrate more into a single whole. On skis, you can immediately get up and go, learn to turn and make a "plow", and then develop as far as possible. The first few days on the board you will definitely fall and sit on your butt a lot. But after some time you study and it is no longer scary to go out on almost any trail, because you know that if it is difficult, you will somehow scratch almost everywhere. But it will still take several seasons to develop the correct technique, to learn how to properly flip in any places.
Snowboarding is safer if you don't forget about the helmet and protection for the back and butt. It is easier to injure your knees on skis.

January, 2021Here's how to look: it's easier to learn on skis. The legs are separate, independent of each other. Snowboarding is difficult at first because of the unusual condition of shackled legs. But further, in order to achieve good technique, skis are more difficult.
