Well, a seaside vacation is useful in many ways. For example, thanks to a seaside vacation, you can compensate for the deficiency of vitamin D. That is, to prevent vitamin D deficiency, you need to spend 20 minutes a day in the sun with open hands and face. Also, sea sand is good for the feet, sea water is good for the skin. Plus, on vacation we usually move more :) For 10 minutes of swimming in the sea, a 70 kg person burns 70 calories. For half an hour of walking on the sand, he also spends 158 calories, and even protects the joints, for which walking and running on soft surfaces are very useful. I think it will take a very long time to list all the advantages of a seaside holiday.

I just returned from vacation with my parents yesterday. We rested for 3 weeks in fabulous Montenegro. We had a very good rest. Impressions are just a bunch! :)

We were specifically in Rafailovichi. Having studied the information on the site http://chernogoriya.voyage, we decided that we will go to Rafailovichi, because this is one of the classy resorts. It’s surprising that it’s affordable, because we didn’t have huge finances :)

By the way, we noticed the apartment rental service on the website http://chernogoriya.voyage. We do not like to stay in hotels, because now the peak of tourists, a lot of people ... And I want some privacy on vacation. In general, since the prices on the site are not high, we rented a cozy apartment with a sea view :) And we were also provided with a free transfer, think? ; D It turns out that when we rented an apartment, a promotion takes place and we got there very well :) So many thanks to Alexander Klepikov, from whom we were lucky enough to rent an apartment + such a nice bonus in the form of a transfer ... If we came later, we would not have gotten to the promotion , because the action is all until the end of summer, it turns out :) We are lucky, however; D

In addition to a change of scenery and the associated physical and psychological relief, going to the sea will not bring anything extra from what you can get at home. And the sea is here only as a fashion. There are also alloys, mountains, lakes, caves and Baikal. The degree of usefulness is about the same. And even living in a dacha with a disconnected phone and without the Internet is also useful to the same extent.
Someone just repeats to everyone about the need to spend a couple of hundred thousand on vacation, otherwise it cannot be called a vacation. It's not very smart to believe this nekte. Everyone understands this, but not everyone succeeds.

Sea air is good for breathing, pardon the pun. But this is true: the smallest particles of water and minerals contained in the air have a positive effect on the respiratory tract. Sea water and sea sand are good for the skin.

The sun is the main source of vitamin D. It, in turn, regulates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus by our body, and this is the condition of our teeth, skin and nails. Vitamin D can be roughly divided into D2 and D3, and the third we can get only under the influence of sunlight. Is it worth explaining how important this is? However, even in an attempt to get a vitamin cocktail, do not forget about SPF!

The very fact of rest allows you to unload, change the environment and distract yourself. These processes have a great and positive effect on our body. At the resort, you want to walk more and see, accordingly, you move more and eat less - in the heat, your appetite usually decreases.

I don't know how useful it is (others will tell you about it), but the fact that it is nice is a 100% guarantee. I'm not a big fan of swimming in the sea (I like the pools more), but the evening beach is my weakness: the evening view of the sea, the sound of the surf and the cries of seagulls give psychological and emotional relief.

I always went in the afternoon at 15:00, for me this is the best time until you find a suitable place where there are few people and while you settle down it is already 16: 00-16: 30 you can go into the sea. At this time, the sun is softer and more sparing, for those who like to sunbathe, it's time, there is less likelihood of getting sunburned and the tan lays down softer and more evenly (words of the ex-wife), the sea has warmed up thoroughly for the whole day, people are slowly diverging and there are no cries where did you get so drunk). Two hours for bathing and sunburning is quite enough, and then you can meet the sunset lying on a lounger with a glass (glass / mug / cistern) of your favorite drink and return home late at night, tired, but happy as an elephant.

In a certain sense, this is a new sensation for the body, in particular for the skin. Temperature change6 first is tanning, then bathing, then again tanning on a wet body. All this creates the effect of pleasant stress from fatigue and allows the brain to relax and plunge into a trance where all sorts of thoughts will be absent. This is what rest is all about. Allowing the head to be completely free from the burden of worries. In addition, the salt water clears the nose and makes breathing more free. And the sun destroys harmful bacteria. They shine through us, in general, nature filters us)
