January, 2021Partly, yes. It is better, of course, to have a correct regimen and sleep at night and stay awake during the day, but the numerous sleep tables that count the value of sleep in hours by time are absolute nonsense. This is not to say that sleep from 22:00 to 23:00 "costs" 4 hours, and from 12:00 to 13:00 - 45 minutes.

Unfortunately, I often work at night (the schedule at work is such) and I sleep badly in the morning or afternoon. So there is a huge difference in feelings - if you sleep from 00:00 to 06:00 or from 07:00 to 13:00. Of course, in favor of a night's sleep. There have been sharper cases ...
