I learned about this property of diabazole 20 years ago. At that time, he helped me a lot. But over time I forgot the recipe. And I remembered a couple of years ago, when I fell ill, I could not buy expensive drugs at the pharmacy. Then I remembered this recipe. But it differs from all reception regimens. However, it works great for my family. At the first sign of a cold, take 1/3 of diabazole with natural cranberry juice every 1.5-2 hours. And so for 3-4 days.

Not so long ago, I saw a protivopodolny drug in the pharmacy (I can't remember the name). its composition was as follows: dibazol and ascorbic acid. only the price for it is many times higher than that of dibazol and a package of cranberries.

Good afternoon!

Really. Imidazole derivatives have a very broad spectrum of biological activity. Some of these effects remain to be studied. However, what is known today is enough for the use of dibenzimidazole (dibazole, bendazole) for non-specific prevention and treatment of influenza and other acute respiratory viral infections, including coronavirus infections (I remind you that coronaviruses are a large family in which includes viruses that can cause a range of diseases in humans, from common colds to SARS).

  • Firstly, this drug has a wide range of immunotropic activity: increases the production of endogenous interferon (moderately expressed interferon-inducing activity), stimulates phagocytosis (absorption and "digestion" cells of the immune system of causative agents of infectious diseases) and T-cell immune response .
  • Secondly, the drug is able to influence the intracellular mechanisms of the inflammatory reaction, reducing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines . This mechanism can certainly be useful in the treatment of diseases in which there is a pathological increase in pro-inflammatory activity (for example, a "cytokine storm" in coronavirus or influenza infection).
  • Third, bendazole derivatives:
  1. promote vasodilation, which leads to improvement of blood supply to organs and elimination of tissue hypoxia in various, including infectious diseases,
  2. have a positive effect on the functional activity of the central nervous system,
  3. have adaptogenic properties.

All this made it possible to include imidazole derivatives in the composition of drugs for the prevention and treatment of influenza and SARS.

It is a pity that a number of modern doctors, at best, only know about the vasodilation (vasodilator) effect of this group of compounds. It's a pity ... After all, for example, aspirin, created more than 100 years ago, is now experiencing its rebirth in connection with the discovery of new mechanisms of biological activity.
