January, 2021I can't call myself a "physically strong person", but I try to go to the gym a couple of times a week, so I can still call myself a relatively trained person. Before that, I had never really been involved in sports, I had ARVI 5 times a year, I suffered from lower back pain, and headaches often happened.
After 1.5 years of regular training, I can say that I began to get sick much less often (maybe once or twice) and easier, for example, over the past winter I did not get sick at all, although I was vaccinated against FLU, the pain in my lower back was gone, headaches sometimes occur when lack of sleep + low blood pressure, but rarely.
In general, regular exercise has a positive effect on health, including resistance to viruses and well-being in general. And you look better and feel more cheerful. Therefore, if you want to get sick less and visit clinics and doctors less often, go in for sports! As a famous literary character said, “it's good to be rich and healthy,” but I think that being healthy is already good, especially if you are not rich. ))

January, 2021Dear Samat! Let's define the concept of what health is in principle. According to the WHO charter, "health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not just the absence of disease and physical defects." In the concept of health, there are three groups of factors that affect our health. The first group - factors predisposing to health or illness (our behavior and emotions, perception of illness, family, profession, social support, gender factor, stress, etc.). The second group - adherence to a healthy lifestyle, the presence of bad habits. The third is the factors of physical health (the level of physical development and physical fitness, the ability to endure various loads, the degree of adaptation mechanisms). In addition, biological health factors affect the predisposition to certain diseases - the state of the immune system, which is responsible for the antiviral and antibacterial protection of our body, hereditary predisposition to certain diseases, existing diseases. In addition, the period of our intrauterine development and early childhood is of great importance. Thus, having only good physical fitness and strength is not yet a guarantee of good health, which is a complex concept. Of course, regular exercise is of great importance in maintaining good health and preventing disease, but this is just one factor, but not the only one
