January, 2021My answer is like a person who started running 1.5 years ago. When knees and feet hurt - it's normal - I went through it. My knees hurt more. This came from lack of training and increased load. Everybody hurts. They pass over time. I advise you to take a day or two rest if you hurt. The body is recovering. If it doesn't take a long time, you can, of course, go to the doctor, but you can hear the answer from him: "Running is harmful! Stop training!" - well, they usually reinsure themselves. Run further - in running, the most important thing is without fanaticism and it is better to increase the load slowly and gradually.
