No, not really. You lose weight when you create a calorie deficit , i.e. spend more calories than you consume. And it doesn't really matter what time you eat.

Let's imagine that before 18 you eat a few burgers, cakes. You can consume up to 3000-4000 calories per day (if not more). This amount is difficult for the body to spend, even if you play sports. If you eat high-calorie food before lunch, it will still be stored in fat in this case.

It is considered correct to not eat 3-4 hours before bedtime . Therefore, if you go to bed at 1-2 nights, then the last meal may be at 21-00, there will be no harm from this. But at night and, in principle, in the evening it is still better to eat food that is not deposited in the fat layer, this is protein food . For example, cottage cheese is great for dinner (if there is no swelling on the face in the morning from it), boiled or baked chicken or turkey breast, fish (not fried). Another good option if you play sports is a protein shake .

So if you want to lose weight, reconsider your diet and exercise , spend more calories than are using. The normal rate of weight loss is 3-4 kg per month . Yes, this is not enough, but at this speed, the body will not have stress, the skin will not sag, and the lost kilograms will not quickly return.

I would add more for a full complex (according to theory and my experience of sustainable weight loss by 18 kg) which is very important:

  2. Exception (!!! that's the only way) of fast carbohydrates: sweet, starchy foods, sweet soda, white bread, canned fruits, etc.

  4. For men. Required. Iron exercise: testosterone production. Increase your own metabolism.

  5. Small portions. Make snacks with the right foods several times a day according to your appetite, but (!) In small portions, observing steps 1-3.

  6. If you have a feeling that you are eating frantically, everything in a row, you cannot restrain yourself, control, unconsciously, then you have developed food addiction, and this is a question, including a psychological one, as, for example , smoking.   7. Use applications. Choose a lot of them according to your taste and keep your story daily.
