The Right Way to Lose Weight
I'm 16 years old. I have not been able to lose weight for 2 years already, I seem to eat normally, I go in for sports (jogging in the mornings and evenings, exercise), but I still cannot lose weight. Maximum 1 kg for 4-5 months. Maybe I am doing something wrong? Height 173, weight 64.
