You can, of course, as advised here, remove Bish's lumps - small fat bags in the cheek area. But it is important to remember that this is an irreversible operation. Moreover, with age, we lose the volume of adipose tissue and after about 25 years, the face oval is completely formed. And after 35-40 years, we begin to lose subcutaneous fat at all. Therefore, by removing Bish's lumps in adolescence by the age of 40, in the middle third of the face, you can get pronounced depressions and sagging of the skin.
If you want chiseled cheekbones, you don't have to self-harm. Because you can achieve the desired effect by visiting a dermatocosmetologist who does contour plastic. It is a safe and, most importantly, reversible procedure.
Details about Bish's lumps, why they should not be removed and how to live with them and at the same time like yourself can be read here.

Cheeks will not go anywhere, no matter how hard you try. I am thin, but I have cheeks since childhood. How is it necessary to lose weight so that they disappear then?
There are several options:
Accept - Monitor the water-salt balance and sleep regime (less puffiness - less oval of the face)
They can remove the "Bisha" bags on the cheeks, but usually plastic surgeons refuse such procedures, it will affect the face after 40 years. Now they use silicone threads. Read about it.
Make-up will help visually, but not much of course.
