Hi, could you cut the uterus? And how much did it cost? And how does it feel? I just want to cut it out too, I can't suffer like that anymore. Gynecologists do not find any problems. But the pains are fierce, I drink 2 packs of ketanov a day to sleep. And so 3-4 days of menstruation. I faint, they called an ambulance. And other delights. This is the priest. Please tell us, did you succeed?
The question was for me. As if not entirely in my specialty, but I will definitely answer.
"Cut yourself ..." means an independent action. Are you going to do it yourself? In my practice, this happened: with certain mental disorders, women, having decided that their uterus was rotting, and soulless doctors did not understand this, performed this operation on their own. Only one survived, brought on time. I hope that at least you will not do this?
Removal of the uterus, hysterectomy, can be in the form of supravaginal amputation of the uterus, when the cervix remains, and in the form of extirpation of the uterus, when both the uterus and the cervix are removed, and the vagina is sutured tightly. In any case, this is a mutilating operation and therefore the doctor must indicate very compelling reasons for its production, with the subsequent confirmation of his innocence by the pathologist after the latter has examined the removed organ. It is difficult for me to imagine that moral monster who will go on an underground, inherently criminal, operation. The fact is that the removal of the uterus always has a very negative effect on the health of a woman of childbearing age.
It is so conceived by nature that a woman should give birth, and therefore her body is balanced precisely on this, most important from the point of view of evolution, function ... Any gross interference with this subtle mechanism, even abortion, leads to hormonal dysfunction. In addition, imagining the removal of the uterus as a means of contraception is the height of madness in our time. With preserved ovaries and tubes, there is still the possibility of fertilization of the egg with subsequent tubal, abdominal or cervical (after supravaginal amputation of the uterus) pregnancy, which inevitably leads to a complex operation and a real risk for the woman. If, however, the ovaries are removed along with the uterus (this is done for women at an older age under certain circumstances), then this is called castration, with the corresponding painful consequences: early pathological menopause, mood swings, hot flashes, early aging, dryness in the vagina, and the like. As they say in Odessa: "Do you need it?"
And most importantly: never say never. Now, due to some life circumstances, you have decided not to have children. It is possible that this is an impulsive, momentary decision; you are no "monster", but just now the stars have become. Therefore, you do not need to cut in the heat and forever, because then biting your elbows will be very inconvenient. It is much smarter for the time being to use competently oral contraceptives, of which there is now an immeasurable amount and the use of which at the same time will save you from uncomfortable menstruation. By the way, if your period hurts, goes on for a long time and the like, this is a signal. You should contact a gynecologist.
Please do not kill a woman in yourself: it is wonderful to be a woman.
I think that without medical indications such an operation can only be done informally. If you can find a doctor who falsifies the medical history. But it will not be easy for him either: the removed organ is sent for histological examination, and it will show the age norm. In a word, you will have to look for a very money-loving person, bribe the entire operating team, plus that these unique ones also operate well: the operation is not the most trifling one.
And, sorry, a lot of bewilderment if you wrote the only one and valid reason. To destroy the endometrium so that nothing else grows and there is never any more menstruation is a completely solvable task without abdominal surgery.
I can't say about Ukraine, but I'm almost sure that things are the same there as in Russia, they won't remove the uterus without medical indications, the doctor won't even remove a tooth at the patient's request. There are also a number of problems: removal of the uterus with left ovaries does not protect against ectopic pregnancy, either tubal ligation or hormonal blockage can help here, the operation has consequences, because this, unfortunately, is not at all the same as a vasectomy in men, hormonal disruptions, weight gain, displacement of internal organs, and so on. Regarding your problem, I would advise you to go to a gynecologist in a private clinic and explain everything to him, maybe he will even tell you in which country such an operation will be legal from the point of view of the law or offer a reasonable alternative.
Is it just so that there is no period? Go to the gynecologist, let him advise you on contraceptives, from them you will have at least imperceptible critical days, and at most you will feel them once every six months.
Actually, I am explaining the situation: the question has been standing for a long time, my age is quite mature, I want to cut out the uterus because monthly bleeding has a bad effect on my productivity, etc. I don’t want children, I didn’t want to and I don’t intend to (I am a beast). Send to a psychologist, etc. no, you need a clear and precise answer to the question, preferably from a competent person. Thank you.
