As for me, the healthiest and most useful can only be at home from proven products. For example, I even cook shawarma, but at home and without excess fat, I cook in SteakMaster Redmond. and grilled chicken and shawarma itself

You can call a "healthy food" establishment whatever you like: this does not guarantee the actual usefulness of the food in it. The same as with the products that are sold with the labels "eco", "bio", "nature": there is no legal background to this. Simply beautiful packaging, on which the manufacturer can write whatever he wants, without bearing responsibility for his words.

Let's take the shelves in supermarkets with "healthy food". This name is not a guarantee that there are truly healthy products. Sometimes food is intended for already sick people: for example, something on fructose for diabetics. Fructose leads to obesity even faster than sugar, although it is acceptable for diabetics, since it does not require the release of insulin and can compensate for the sickly life of the patient. Or energy bars that promise a lot. But, if you look at the composition, sugar is in the first place, the main ingredient, then a simple carbohydrate comes next, maybe some whole grain will be added. But it's not about anything at all. It happens that the packaging says: "no sugar" - but the composition contains maltose, dextrose: the same sugar, just different in the structure of the molecules. You should always pay attention to the composition. But healthy food can always be found.

Fast food also contains a large amount of trans fats, which knock down metabolic processes, damage cell membranes, which leads to atherosclerosis, heart attack, and stroke. Such food contains a huge amount of sugar, which the body cannot immediately process and stores in the form of fat, which causes a person to become obese and fall into a hypoglycemic swing. If a lot of sugar gets into the body, then you quickly want to eat again. And further along the chain: type 2 diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, oncology and so on.

Fast food has a huge amount of calories, but the body does not receive enough plastic material. Therefore, a person gets fat, but remains hungry: the body lacks nutrients, it has nothing to build up proteins of the immune system, hormones, and its own tissues. Fast food contains flavor enhancers that dull their own receptors and stimulate those that will "carry" us to junk food. A person falls into drug addiction. There is heroin, nicotine, and there is fast food. A person, knowing that it is necessary to stop, cannot do this and breakdowns begin. And, as with the use of other drugs, the brain and the body as a whole are destroyed.

Fast food is the same as with alcohol: if consumed once a month, the body, especially a young one, copes and quickly adapts in the absence of chronic diseases. For a sick person, even one such blow may be the last one, it can provoke acute conditions and send him to intensive care. You can eat fast food once or twice a month. Much also depends on the type of fast food. Pizza, shawarma, especially cooked at home, that's okay. But eating them is also infrequent.
