Measure is important in everything! From walks and hiking trainings, leave as if from the table, when there is still "appetite". Tone and vigor after walking will fill your life with health, leave strength for work, household chores and family.

Definitely not, not harmful. Basically, walking is comparable to low-intensity cardio, which has many undeniable benefits:

  1. Prevention of cardiovascular diseases

  2. Prevention of prostatitis

  3. Positive effects on cognitive abilities

, etc.

The total daily calorie consumption increases, respectively, if you have a desire to lose weight and gain muscle mass, then this will create an additional calorie deficit. Therefore, you need to take this into account in your diet.

Also, if you are overweight, you need to control the intensity in order to stay in the heart rate zone of 110 - 130 beats per minute. This will help you burn more fat and preserve your joints and ligaments.
