You need to drink as much as you want. The body does not require more water than it needs. Any "norms" that are the same for all are bullshit, IMHO.

Harmful. Adam Conover talks about this in one of the episodes of his show "Adam ruins everything" Unfortunately, I don't remember the details, but he kind of gave the example of a runner who participated in the Boston Marathon, who, due to excessive water consumption during the marathon, had a puffy stomach - I think you understand that this is not good. However, you better watch this episode - there should be a subtitled version on the net or a fully translated version. And with regard to the necessary water intake, it is worth saying the following: if you do not feel that you are thirsty, then you do not need to do this. Your body is your main assistant in this matter, so try to feel its needs, and consuming 3 liters of water a day is not at all necessary if you do not feel like drinking so much)

It is usually recommended to drink 2 liters of water a day, but there are other opinions. For example, the Mayo Clinic recommends 3 liters.

It is worth considering the water we get from food. For example, if we eat soup, then subtract its volume from the three liters described above.
