As mentioned above, the most natural beer will be the one that you brew yourself or try in real breweries (by the way, there are such in Russia too, but the price tag will be different). But the question is not about naturalness. In fact, the first answer is completely correct, but it can be structured a little differently:
-Let's start with the fact that drinking is generally harmful.
-Drinking beer is more harmful than drinking wine, although that's all depends on the quantity.
-Beer "Every day" is not the best and tastiest beer on earth (although, to be honest, I like their alcoholic Ginger drink), if you, of course, do not aim to just get drunk - then vodka "Our Brand" will go much better (or something like that, I don't remember exactly). This is the same "Every day", but, apparently, it seemed to marketers not too ethical to call vodka that way. And who does not give up beer every day?
-Drinking alcohol every day is ruining your health, regardless of the volume of drink (well, maybe you can afford a teaspoon of beer every day without harm to your health, even if the brand "Every day")
-Yes, beer belly, fat deposits on the abdomen, chest and thighs, if you are a man or woman - this rubbish does not spare anyone, suppressing the normal work of sex hormones.
- Kidneys, liver, heart and even a considerable list of organs and systems that are negatively affected by alcohol. But I think you already suspected it.
-If you are 20 and you are completely healthy, the body will not give a serious failure for a little longer than you would have been a 40-year-old alcoholic. But the first will sooner or later lead to the second, if you do it every day.
So it's up to you how to spend your "every day".
If not harmful, then not useful. It's hard to find good beer these days. Because now beer is mostly made of chemicals. No aging required, no natural fermentation. In men, beer generally has a negative effect on the body: beer suppresses testosterone, it becomes harder for the body to fight fatty deposits, which are caused by the hops contained in beer, because it is a natural phytoestrogen. This gives men a beer belly and enlarges their breasts. There will also be a likelihood of alcohol dependence and problems with the kidneys and liver, since they are under a heavy load. So there will be this "Everyday" beer or any other bottled beer - there will be no benefit from it.
My head every day, or at least every other day, to be clean. But people often say that washing so often is harmful. Is this so?
