Nasal Polyp Removal Surgery
In 2013, he underwent surgery: plastic surgery of the nasal septum, concholateropexy of the inferior turbinates, resection of the posterior ends of the inferior turbinates. After that, in one (exactly one!) Nostril, increased mucus production, drying and the appearance of crusts began (or the process is different: little mucus is formed and crusts are formed - I have not figured it out, but most likely the first option). In this case, the nostril breathes worse and there are light coughs - apparently with a clogged nose, mucus begins to flow into the throat. The crusts have to be removed all the time. After removing the crusts (usually with blood), breathing is normalized and there is no coughing. Moreover, I would not say that the crusts clog the nasal passage completely. It feels like blood vessels are being squeezed and after their removal, blood flow is restored and it becomes easier. Film And so on 10-15 times a day. The situation worsens significantly in winter when the central heating is turned on. It's been unbearable to live for over 7 years. Because of all this, there are problems with communication with people. I went to different ENTs and allergists - no one can say or do anything. In April 2020, I made a laser vasotomy of the lower nasal concha - in the morning it began to breathe better, that is, in the morning I no longer wake up with signs of hypoxia, but crusts and other signs remained - that is, in fact, this is just an attempt to combat the consequence, and not with the cause of the disease. The situation is unusual, but I don't know what to do anymore. I will be grateful to the one who found the reason and the way out of this situation until the end of my life and not only in words. Thank you for your attention.
