I am 17 years old, on Friday at school they did mantu, they told me to come for a check on Monday. It is Sunday now, and there is no reaction from the very beginning. Generally. There is only a trace from the injection (puncture of the skin with a needle). What does this mean?
Before that, there was always a normal reaction to mantu, and everything always went well.
I don’t know whether it’s important to do it or not, but I had a mantu pass at the age of 16, that is, it was not done at all last year.
As far as I know, mantu should not be done for those who are sick, and I had mild signs of a cold 2-3 days before mantu (sneezing, slight chills in the evening).

March, 2021Good afternoon. If there is no reaction after the tuberculin test (Mantoux), this is not a cause for concern, but on the contrary shows the absence of reactive evidence of tuberculosis.
The only thing I want to note is that this test is not 100% proof of infection with tuberculosis. This is just the body's response to an antigen (pathogen).
Also, not rarely, the Mantoux test gives false-positive results. Especially in adolescence and with the active phase of a cold - therefore, it may be prescribed to be repeated.
Sincerely.
