In general, of course, you will lose weight. They lose weight from a calorie deficit in the diet, and not from giving up flour, fatty, sweet, sports. This is a big misconception.

Only problems arise - your metabolism will obviously slow down rather quickly, because the body will perceive it as hunger. You will lose weight more slowly. Plus, health problems (for girls, this is especially important in this case, because you can earn quite serious problems in the female part). Also stomach problems and so on.

Of course, if you want to lose weight through physical activity, you can arrange everything a little differently and the result will be no worse, and such problems will not arise. It is worth combining food 3-4 times a day with exercise. Eat in such a way that there is a calorie deficit (you can calculate your norm based on physical activity on the sites).

It is best that this diet is correct, but not even due to the fact that it is too high in calories and as a result you eat less and still you won't feel full. The fact is that in fat / sweet / starchy foods there are too many carbohydrates and fat, and in order to maintain muscles during training, proteins are needed; it is also just that your body needs vitamins, trace elements that the body can get from the so-called right foods, and not from McDuck's burgers.

I lost weight with the help of proper nutrition and moderate physical activity by 20 kilos a few years ago, weight I keep it at about the same level, I won't say that I am completely satisfied with the weight now, but it has become much better. Before that, there were quite a few attempts, but they all led to failure and the point was not that there was little motivation, I simply did not approach the process itself correctly: rigid diets and so on. Due to the slowed down metabolism, after starting to eat normally, I gained everything back. As a result, I began to read articles on the topic of losing weight, I learned about calories, proteins, fats and carbohydrates, how to combine foods with each other and a lot of useful information.

So I advise you to study this issue and approach him consciously, and not torture yourself with food once a day. Good luck!

It is quite logical, but not about the composition of the food that you eat. If you sit on sweets and cakes, I don't think that something good will come of it.

If you burn more calories than you eat long enough, you will lose weight. But if you adhere to an unhealthy diet and diet, your body will find a way to painfully repay you for it. So it is better to stick to a varied rational diet, exercise and eat 4-5 times a day in small portions.

If you eat once a day, you will not receive the required amount of nutrients to convert them into energy. Your body will understand that it is being starved and will begin to postpone all sorts of harmfulness, which, in the event of a lack of energy, will digest. Therefore, you will begin to "swell with hunger." It is better to eat often and in small portions, to be away from harmful products, this will help you to lose weight more. And by practicing in training, you will build muscles. They will burn your fat.
