I haven't been able to find a clear explanation of drinking pure water for four years. It seems that everything in the body is still divided into water and nutrients, BUT! I was only able to lose weight when I added 3 liters of water daily to my diet. I did not replace food with this water (I ate as usual), but in a year without exercise I lost weight from 80kg to 50kg without any problems and side effects.
So there are no intelligible explanations, but the result is)))
From one Tibetan doctor, I heard such a very simple and logical theory: a person should go to the toilet 4-5 times a day. It is at this frequency of urination that the kidneys work efficiently, but without overloading. If you write less often, it means that you need to consume more fluids than now. If more often, it means that you need to consume less fluid.
And in this theory there is no division into teas, coffee, soups and water itself. If you ate a whole watermelon, it is hardly right to drink it with 2-2.5 liters of water, as it follows from many recommendations.
According to this rule, any person with any body size, diet and lifestyle can easily understand whether there is enough water in his body.
There is a popular statement that a person needs to drink two liters of water a day. But this is not so.
Firstly, water consumption is individual.
Secondly, water is considered not only in its pure form. Vegetables and fruits, soups, tea - all this counts.
