Age, I admit it, is sensitive, because you want everyone to like it, and look like it came off the cover, have perfect legs and a thin waist of 60 centimeters, but! nobody cares. For most people, you are a passer-by on the street, a classmate, a friend, and believe me, they don't care. Friends and family accept you as you are, and your task is simply to find harmony in yourself.

I think it's worth eating everything that you feel like eating. However, adhere to certain rules. Here they are, in fact: eat what you want, when you want and as long as you want it . If you just think that everything will go to hell with you, all the results are down the drain, then I want to please you: everything is not so bad! Of course, there will be certain losses (at least I had it that way), but everything is purely individual, some people in this way lose pounds, coming to a stable weight for themselves. In general, this system is called intuitive eating. It aims to give you an idea of ​​what hunger and satiety really are. And most importantly, in my opinion, it teaches us to treat food not as God or enemy number one, but as a thing that is designed to support the processes of our life. I advise you to read the book "Diets don't work."

I'm not saying this is an easy way. In my opinion, the idea is not perfect, but it is very effective. In a couple of months, I really changed my attitude towards food, myself, my appearance, towards other people, towards my feelings. She also concluded that it is not only about food, but also about physical activity, which you will need from 2 to 4 times a week. It is not necessary to run kilometers every day; elementary exercises are enough to stay in good shape.

Live not on food, not on calories, not on remorse. Live for yourself and think about yourself, think about what is best for you, and then you can break this vicious cycle of diets and breakdowns.
