  1. To start a new lifestyle, it would be nice to go to the doctor and get tested, put in order your health. If there are chronic diseases, then do not start them and take appropriate medications.

  2. Adjust your sleep. Buy yourself a comfortable pillow and blanket, sleep in complete darkness, in warmth, so that the full production of the hormone melatonin occurs - it has a great effect on the sleep / wake cycle and has anti-tumor effects. Its production decreases if you look at the screens of computers, phones, TVs before going to bed. Better to fall asleep with a book or evening mode lighting on your phone / tablet.

  3. Observe a physical activity regimen (2-4 times a week for 30-60 minutes), choose the one that suits your body more and suits (does not make you exhausted and tired). Blood flow and metabolic processes in tissues will improve, hormones and neurotransmitters will be synthesized, which will affect health. Sex can also help you with this.

  4. Adjust the diet, if possible, make it such that 80-90% will be in healthy products (vegetables, fruits, fish, lean meat, cereals (do not forget to read about phytic acid and their proper soaking) , nuts, vegetable oils and butter, cottage cheese (it is better to choose fat-free), kefir, milk (if there is tolerance, it becomes worse with age), seafood, eggs. Observe the water balance, drink clean water as needed. then nutritional supplements. Fish oil, eg.

5.Try to give up foods that cause various diseases. The first commenter noticed them correctly.

  1. Try to form a mode of work and rest, do 5, 10-minute acts of physical activity, if you have a sedentary job. Walk more. Buy comfortable shoes.

  2. Give up addictions that take your time and energy. If you smoke, consume inadequate amounts of alcohol, use drugs, or abuse computer games, porn, or any other thing that affects your dopamine system, making you feel tired and unmotivated afterwards, then it is better to give up these things or replace them with more interesting and useful.

  3. Besides, develop mentally. Read books, watch interesting lectures, go to exhibitions, find what you like best. Learn new exercises or languages, broaden your horizons, etc.

Again, none of the above is a universal pill. You can form your points based on these, or remove what does not suit you. Good luck in this not just business)

The most important thing in a healthy diet is to count the amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates that have entered the body. Remember that not only less, but more is bad.

Create your own diet, taking into account your age, gender, weight and occupation and do not forget to eat nuts, then everything will be fine
