Dangers of a Sedentary Lifestyle
I am 13, I have led a sedentary lifestyle for 5 years; I want to start a healthy lifestyle, but I can't figure out where to start. My muscles are not pumped up at all, I tried it on the horizontal bar - it doesn't pull; tried push-ups - the same story. Tell me what exercises to start with (for biceps, shoulders and abs)?
