Just humble yourself, wait and keep teaching. Sooner or later, this nightmare will end.

But seriously, just take a break from cramming from time to time. Take a walk, take a walk, chat with someone. But not for long, otherwise you will stay up until 5 am again)

To the advice that Evgeny Kazakov wrote, I will add one more, "harmful".

And he came to my mind first.

  • Everything that is asked in it is physically impossible to teach medicine. Unfortunately. Yes, we strive to teach / cram / understand the maximum possible.

But acknowledging reality is also important. Each of the teachers sets a very large volume, these volumes are not mutually agreed upon in different disciplines. Therefore - for exams / tests, yes, you can't go anywhere, you will have to master "Chinese overnight". And this fits well with the fact that during the course I honestly tried to figure it out. - But in the process, day after day, - a little earlier, a little later in medicine, you are faced with the fact that it is physically impossible to learn the entire volume of daily tasks, and you will have to somehow live with this reality. To choose. Get out. And catching up, mastering the subject - for the exam.

In any case, I had such an experience in the 80s - early 90s.

Well, quite a result: a diploma with honors, "five-plus" on the exam in HER chosen specialty (obstetrics).

... At the same time, sometimes I still have nightmares that I have to take topographic anatomy, but I don't know it at all. - Although in fact I passed it once, for 4 or 5, and operated on for seven years))

  1. Daily walks in the fresh air in any weather

  2. High-quality balanced nutrition

  3. Dosed regular physical activity

  4. Combination of intense brain stress with periods of relaxation

  5. Use different channels of information assimilation - read to yourself, read aloud, take notes, sketch. Doctors have a lot of mnemonic constructions - funny abbreviations and memes that make it easier to remember. Try to remember what you read in the evening in the morning.

  6. Avoid substances that are harmful to the brain.

  7. Well, if you managed to master something, remember well - eat a slice of chocolate, encourage neurons)

And in general - provide the brain with proper nutrition, breathing and rest. Exercise regularly (a little, but daily, rather than interspersing long periods of stagnation with hours of daily cramming is better).
