In your years, before the Unified State Exam, I began to plan an ideal future for myself - here I suddenly sit down at textbooks for no reason at all and start to study, here I am from an inveterate procrastinator instantly turn into a responsible and punctual student, here I come with school and after half an hour of rest IMMEDIATELY I sit down to study until EVENING and all this happens without distracting factors such as parties, computer toys, the gym and other things) This is certainly all perfect, but only in dreams :) In fact, it is impossible to give up everything around and educate yourself only for study, no matter how much you want. Nothing good will come of this, you will only get tired of the same type and routine employment. After all, we are far from robots🙃
By the way, at that time I quit the gym under the pretext that “I need to devote more time to my studies,” but as you might guess, this did not lead to more intensive studies or more successful passing of the exam, time was wasted (it would be better to be in the hall, cake);)

Of course it is! The exam is not something to get hung up on in grade 11, after a month at the university the exam will be completely forgotten and will cease to worry forever.

Walk, hang out, go to the hall, drink wine, play games with baking, do all sorts of creativity, yell with memes, just don't make a terrible mistake - don't spend your youth in fear of an exam. It's not worth it.

The exams will pass, you go wherever you want (or anywhere, lol), everything will be fine. And in a dozen years, sitting on the couch / president's chair / on the roof of the train, it will be much more pleasant to remember funny adventures than to pore over textbooks.

Worth it, of course. You cannot prepare for the Unified State Exam all the time - one way or another, you will take rest breaks: TV shows, chatting with friends, cafes, and so on. Sometimes it is more useful to spend this free time on something that will please your body. Sports and walks will not harm your progress in any way - such a pastime is necessary, among other things, in order to relieve stress (which cannot but appear during intensive study).
