Remove the cause of daytime sleepiness and you will be fine. There may be several reasons:

  • You do not get enough sleep at night, although you do get enough sleep. For example, you may have a narrow, uncomfortable bed that is not comfortable to sit on. Or a pillow that is too high and interferes with normal blood circulation. Make your sleeping area spacious and comfortable. Get an orthopedic pillow, it helps to improve blood circulation, you will sleep better on it.
  • Have a complete blood count. Increased fatigue and drowsiness may result from a medical condition such as anemia.
  • Consider how you can motivate yourself to learn. You write that you want to sleep after school. Maybe the problem is that you are simply not interested in learning? Motivate yourself somehow - give yourself small gifts after listening to uninteresting lectures. Realize how the knowledge gained will help you build a career. There are many options here.

* Go to bed earlier to get up a little earlier.
The first hour after waking up I recommend refraining from vigorous activity.
* Practice gymnastics and athletics.
* Alternate physical and intellectual loads (to warm up the muscles at each break), at which it is desirable to reach the peak of loads in the middle of the day.
* Develop an individual complete diet.

Have breakfast in the morning with complex carbohydrates (oatmeal, as an example), take vitamins, eat vegetables and fruits. And in the morning do exercises (10-15-20 minutes) or jogging (20-30 minutes). This approach will invigorate the body and prevent it from falling asleep.
