Eat differently (some foods are good in summer, others in winter, others never)? A salt bath, an open window, and a foot massage at night can already have amazing effects, not to mention falling asleep meditation before bed!
What is my body asking for? What exercise is right for me? Hiking a little every day and light pleasant gymnastics (even rolling from side to side in bed!)) Will already allow you to feel contact with the body, and then there are the sea, from Strelnikova's exercises, which will saturate the body with oxygen, through energy practices that will include different centers and muscle groups - to the stars, a pleasant feeling of health and lightness;)
