January, 2021From my own experience, I know what the problem is: you just confuse the sensations of craving for sweets and hunger. Smokers often suffer from the same, the sensations of wanting a cigarette are also very similar to hunger (unfortunately, I also say this from my own experience). It is because of this that it is not uncommon for a person to quit smoking to gain a large amount of fat mass.
It is important to understand that the mechanism of action of sweets is, in fact, narcotic. And you need to behave in the same way as you lead when quitting smoking or another bad habit: abruptly take and stop introducing trash harmful to it into your body. Not from next week, not tomorrow, right now, from that very minute to firmly say to myself "I don't eat sweets." You can greatly facilitate physically, but slightly complicating psychologically, the transition to a diet without sweets: to give up not only the confectioner, but also from any industrial products with added sugar. Do you want something sweet? Put in sweet yogurt, eat an apple, toss dried apricots on top.
In general, get used to the idea that these sensations are not hunger, but the body's desire to get free fast carbohydrates. This can only be endured, do not be afraid, after a complete rejection of sweet and sugar-containing, it will take very little time (1-2 weeks) for it to pass. To survive this period and not go overboard by +10,000 kg, develop a diet: 3 full meals a day and in between 2 snacks of fruit or unsweetened natural products (for example, cottage cheese).

January, 2021Sweet is light carbohydrates for the body. You are used to them, go to a healthy diet. For example, cereals in the morning, they do not immediately give a feeling of fullness, but gradually throughout the day.

January, 2021The reasons can be very different. Maybe you don't drink enough water, and the body thinks that it is hungry because it does not have enough oxygen. Perhaps the food is harmful or does not contain substances the body needs. The problem may be that you eat irregularly, skip breakfast / lunch / dinner, etc.
