After quitting nicotine in the body, serious changes begin to occur. Some of them can cause physical discomfort, but along with this, the normalization of the internal systems and organs begins.

During the recovery process, symptoms such as headache, dizziness, cough with phlegm, excessive sweating, sleep disturbances may appear , increased anxiety and irritability, sore throat, inflammation of the oral mucosa. Moreover, most of them are not the result of the weaning of the body, but the body's reaction to the psychoemotional state caused by the lack of nicotine.

When taking the course "Easy way to quit smoking" the consultants of the Allen Carr Center will tell you in detail how to overcome the recovery period and will recommend effective means and ways to support the body.

I tried to throw 4 times. The worst and strongest habit that I have ever faced.
The most important problem is to overcome the herd instinct when meeting with smokers.
You reluctantly light up.
How did you fight? Willpower, not otherwise + sports interest, an agreement with oneself.
I have not smoked for four years and before, when I want to, but this has already happened twice, I ask myself the question, is it worth it? Are you really so weak that you cannot influence this situation here and now? So much time has passed and all in vain The temptation does not take by violence ?!
The scheme works😊

Sounds funny, but I love the look of the Silver Blue Parliament pack.

This item has always been with me for many years and I just loved to touch it, look at it. Open a new pack. What a new cigarette smells like, what it looks like.

Out of sight - out of mind)

Not really, but still, I just can't think of this reason as compelling enough to to break off after almost a year.

During work, it helped a lot to go out to smoke during a break. This was a very serious reason for me, because this pause helped a lot to disconnect for a while and come up with some new solution. Now I understand that I liked this particular ritual, but this does not mean that only it has such an effect. Now I don't have one definite one, but somehow I switch and all the rules work without a cigarette.

There are fewer problems with the gastrointestinal tract, it became easier to train for a long time and not choke.

In general, I'm just very tired of spending money and ruining my health for the sake of an attraction that has no rational basis. The fact that I, as a teenager, bought into a certain romantic image is ok, but after 10 years it became clear that there is not a single plus in this activity.

Smoked for 20 years. I have thrown it many times without success. After Alan's book, Carr quit. I did not notice any health problems, only improvements. A couple of days after the last cigarette I noticed that the sperm was clearly (two times) more and it became clearly thicker. There was no depression as such, I wanted to smoke for a month in waves - it was awesome, then it was letting go.
