You either eat improperly, or do not sleep enough, or excessively waste your energy on all sorts of trifling things, such as watching videos on YouTube, scrolling news feeds on social networks, etc.

Well, it was similar quite recently. The cause of my depression was emotional burnout.

This is when you "spend" yourself on things that you think you don't need.

This problem is acute for many students. For example, you are studying for a profession that you do not understand or you don’t like, and in general you are in this educational institution because "mom said so." Well, okay, if this is study, then you can find an approach to this. Next, you may have doubts about your friends / significant other. One way or another, you need to look for reasons and talk about it with your dear and loved ones.

It can be depression (including seasonal depression) and chronic fatigue syndrome. In both cases, it is better not to self-medicate without a specialist. Contact a psychotherapist, and if there is no possibility, then at least a neurologist (good neurologist). You may be advised of drugs that will improve your condition.

Or they will advise you to have a rest. It also helps, by the way.

It seems to me that you just got bored, as I have been expressing myself lately) ahah) I have the same crap, but still somehow I force myself to do my homework and prepare for special stages) it just really piled on a lot) it seems to me, to get away from this, you need to be in a relaxed atmosphere for a week or two) I understand, because of school, this is impossible) but try to at least sleep off, relax completely on weekends) or try to direct it in a different direction) go in for sports, and then you you will not suffer in general😅, but because of specific muscles)

There was a similar problem in high school due to a lack of vitamins. Due to the lack of certain substances in the body, a person gets tired very quickly, always lazy and sleepy. So my advice to you is to drink vitamins and you will be fine.

I'm 16 years old. I was checked by doctors, as the results showed, there are no health problems. I constantly feel depressed, there is always some tension, fatigue, lethargy in my body. I can't sit down to watch a movie, read a book, as I did before. Now I can just lie on the bed for days and listen to music. Because of this state, I can not sit down to do my homework elementarily, I have no strength, because of this, I got problems with academic performance. I lost my strength even to do my favorite thing. I hope this is an age and will pass soon :)
