Everyone has their own ratio of height, weight, amount of food consumed, and so on. Unique to everyone. What's good for one is terrible for another.

Coming back to the question: start simple - first of all, understand the source data. How long have you been losing weight? With what it can be connected?

I'll tell you by example: several times I was very badly poisoned. I dropped about 7 kilograms at a time.

After one incident, I stopped eating breakfast - I simply could not eat anything like that until two in the afternoon. I had to switch to two meals a day.

I put in to lose weight. As time went on, the state did not change. I stopped following this too. I didn't attach any importance, I ate when I wanted, sometimes only once a day.

Until the previous week.

I had a panic attack. Irregular sleep and nutrition. Stress. So I was told in the ambulance. Prescribed pills and sedatives.

Then there was a second attack.

"Think about it and figure out the reason" - so the neurologist told me. But I couldn't understand. Thousands of people are nervous every day, thousands are undernourished, and they do not have panic attacks. It's easy to say - be less nervous and set up a regimen. I couldn't eat, my stomach ached and I was constantly nauseous! With this problem, I went to the doctor. My weight is ~ 56 with an increase of 179.

The casket was opened simply: I was diagnosed with gastritis. Exhausted by starvation, the body took away the last energy from food for brain activity, leaving nothing for the muscles.

This practice, having become constant, and provoked attacks.

It's just my body. My unique story.

I am currently undergoing treatment and try to eat more during the day. This brought calmness into my life and a desire to rectify the situation.

The moral is this: you can do self-diagnostics, try different "folk" methods, and beat around the bush.

You can be afraid. You can even put the problem on the back burner, like me. But sooner or later the point of no return will come - bifurcation.

However, there is another way - to analyze the situation and act.

If you are not worried about any pain - try going to a dietitian to determine your real, natural parameters, and choose the right diet, if necessary.

Everything can be very simple.

If you feel pain and discomfort - a gastroenterologist and endocrinologist.
