For any depression, the best way out is sports, even from a problem like yours! Jogging, fitness bodybuilding ... it's up to you, but it is much more effective than alcohol and "self-flagellation" lying on the couch.

RUSLAN, you ask "what to do?" And where did you get the idea that you are doing nothing? A week on a diet, went into apathy, you are not interested, just lie there, sleep and do not want anything, try to get alcoholic, chat with friends and have fun. This is a lot of activities that are quite logical after breaking up with a girl! Everything passes, and that too.
