And I would advise you to think carefully, analyze and make a decision yourself. Commentators on the Internet who do not know anything about you can only make a judgment based on personal experience, most likely, significantly different from yours.

I personally have experience in medical studies and have close friends-orientalists. Based on experience and observations, I can say that no matter which road you choose, at some stage you will definitely regret your choice. Just because it's okay to have crises, to get tired and to doubt, it's a natural part of life and it happens to everyone. When choosing a path in life, it is dangerous to be guided by desire alone, desires are changeable, and people who, it would seem, have got the profession of their dreams, in fact, are often more prone to burnout than their more down-to-earth colleagues. Orientalists now find it difficult to find work in their specialty, there are difficulties with master's and postgraduate studies, and often they have to do not what is interesting and desirable, but what there is at least some demand for. What is going on in medicine, I think you know after medical college. As well as the fact that teaching medicine at a university and in college sets itself different tasks and is generally very different. Another little advice - try to understand what you consider more significant, it may be more reliable than desires.

Well, in the end, no one forbids being interested in oriental studies or medicine at your leisure, so it's not like choosing one you automatically delete the second from your sphere of interest. Good luck with your choice!

First, remember whether you yourself wanted this (to become a doctor) and what prompted this desire; or you have this desire imposed on you (a doctor is worthy, prestigious, I want to be worthy, I will be a doctor). If you have any doubts about your choice of profession even for a second, go to an orientalist! This is my advice.

Medical College it means you have given the knowledge of this profession for 3 years. Three years of your life. And if you are wondering whether to go further, definitely not worth it. Because if you want to devote yourself to medicine, this question would not arise. Oriental studies is an exciting and interesting journey of your life if you are ready for it. He will not bring you a lot of money, social status. But if you are happy in this direction, then you are on the right path. It is much worse to become a useless doctor who hates people and the system. A doctor is not only a professional job of treating humanity, but it is also paperwork that takes time and the desire to be in this profession. However, as I understand it, you had practices, and you are already familiar with the system. Good journey, Human!

If you ask strangers, and do not decide for yourself, then you are interested in other points of view. Therefore, I ask you not to be offended by mine.

Are you really going to throw away part of your life spent on studying an important specialty in order to be engaged in an almost useless business?

Once again, I ask you not to be offended by my point view, but I see it this way.
