From personal experience - the condition will improve. About 5-6 years ago, due to endocrine problems from tea, allergic dermatitis developed, for the same reason, the heart began to ache, and I had to give up coffee. I parted with coffee easily, but I lost the habit of tea for several months, the addiction was quite strong, as it turned out. I drink only water, milk sometimes, at will.
Caffeine, as an active ingredient, is contained in coffee, tea, mat, and so on. It is mildly addictive, as was confirmed by a large study published in 2004 in the journal Psychopharmacology. Therefore, several days after the cancellation, muscles, drowsiness, irritability will hurt, but then the body will begin to rebuild and get used to the new diet and the structure of receiving calories (coffee and tea are high in calories, while water contains 0 Kcal). Water does not contain useful microelements at all and simply hydrates the body very well.
As for milk. Low-fat dairy drinks are an important source of protein, calcium, vitamin D and other trace minerals. In a short-term clinical study, 2 diets were used: one on fruits and vegetables and the other on fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products. Both dietary regimens significantly reduced blood pressure in the subjects, but the 2nd showed significantly better results and was recently included in the US dietary recommendations.
Actually, I recently launched a similar experiment - I decided to drink only water for a month. On my channel, I'm just talking about the experiment and about all the myths around drinks (juices, soda, tea and coffee, alcohol, etc.). Therefore, it will not be lazy, watch my channel [On the Facts]
