In 24 years of successful hair ownership, I have learned the following:
The shampoo is matched to the scalp, and the balm is matched to the hair. If you don't have volume and dry ends, you need to take a volumizing shampoo and a revitalizing balm.
Based on 1 point, the balm is applied to the ends, and the shampoo only to the scalp and roots, everything else is only foam.
Hair should not be washed "rubbing into the head", as it only gets tangled, but there is no positive effect. It is enough to squeeze-unclench the hair in your hands a little, distributing the foam.
Brushing your hair before shampooing is better than not combing it)
If you smear the ends with some oil before washing your hair, they will be softer after drying.
6. Whoever says what, silicones make hair cooler. Hair becomes smoother and more manageable. But this is only an effect, silicones do not have caring properties and do not cure.
Ideally, you need to have 2 shampoos - for every day and for deep cleansing. (With which you, for example, will wash off those very silicones).
Sulfates are not bad. The main constructive criticism comes down to the fact that they cause allergies. But this should be tried, for example, not to wash off the shampoo for several hours. At the same time, they objectively foam better and wash their hair.
There is also an opinion that you should not wash your hair by hanging it down, as if it gets wet, becomes heavy and creates a lot of stress on the scalp. But this is a concept that is inaccessible to me, I cannot agree, as if if you wet them in the other direction, they do not affect the scalp? grow worse and the hair line will go to the crown. It turns out that they just need to be washed down, but this is not certain :)
Something I got carried away, my diploma was shorter than this)) Successful washing!)
Not too hot, but not too cold water, gently massaging the scalp without pressure with your nails. Find the right shampoo and conditioner for your skin type, if you like.
My head every day, or at least every other day, to be clean. But people often say that washing so often is harmful. Is this so?
