One of the most obvious signs, in my opinion, if we ignore the numerous conclusions of scientists, but only rely on everyday life, then I think it is the impossibility of getting rest and pleasure in ordinary life things (cinema, walking, sports, travel, etc.). Addicts can only get pleasure from psychoactive substances. If you can't enjoy anything. besides that, you are a drug addict. and it is necessary to be treated. life is great without drugs, so many former drug addicts said. good luck

This can be understood in different ways - for example, the presence of craving for in-woo, the absence of other serious interests, except for the use of one's drug of choice (i.e., favorite drug), the willingness to spend quite a lot of money on it. The importance of finding drugs is that it is not always easy to find it, and the search sometimes takes a decent amount of time and energy.

There are other signs, however, drug addiction has such a property as denial. The person says to himself - everything is fine, I'm not particularly addicted, I do it when I want, and in general, it's my choice to spend money this way and spend my time this way, but I'm not a drug addict. I lead a fully functional life, and I hardly differ from the rest of the society. However, at a certain moment, even in the presence of denial, a clear awareness of this fact comes to a person one way or another. For example, this can happen when, for one reason or another, a person cannot get a drug, and he becomes very bad (it is not at all necessary financial problems, it may be that simply due to a combination of circumstances this drug cannot be bought at the moment). Withdrawal from different drugs is different, different people experience it in different ways, but nevertheless, if you are overtaken by the feeling that you feel very bad, you climb the wall, even without the physical withdrawal usually characteristic of opiates, but emotionally you It’s not good that you’re ready to give up all the money just to stop it, then at such a moment you realize that you are a drug addict.

Other ways are possible, for example, when a person lost almost everything he had, or was in a deplorable physical and emotional state, so it is almost impossible to deny the obvious.
