Anger does not need to be suppressed, it is necessary to throw it out, of course, not on the people around. :-))) For example, take a sheet of paper, a pen, sit down and write everything that makes you angry, upset, annoying, in general, everything that brings you negativity, then tear this sheet of paper and flush it, for example, into the toilet, in the same way you can set it on fire or somehow get rid of it. Simple exercise. It might sound silly. :-))) But it works very well for me. The easiest way is to throw out emotions on paper. The plus is that then emotions find a way out, but neither you nor the people around you suffer. :-))
